Cleaford Services Ltd is a dynamic small company operating from a house in Farnham, Surrey, and pioneering the use of both solar electricity generation and the use of a micro wind turbine to serve both the domestic and the office electricity consumption.

The purpose of this site is to give information for those who may also be thinking of making their contribution to the reduction of the global warming problem by producing some green electricity. On the following pages we recount our installation experiences and the results of our two projects - a solar panel for electricity production for office equipment, and a wind turbine feeding power into our ring main.

We are typical of many businesses in this area of southern England - a semidetached house on the edge of town, with one room serving as the office, and containing a range of computer and telephone equipment.
